The claws protruding from the furniture are kind of a graphic representation of the angst of college and studying, the desperation of trying to come to terms with your creative voice versus institutional and economic pressure. The bamboo desktop has an Ikea coded, green washed passivity in contrast to the forged raw metal structure. Oval foot holes for resting one’s feet and integrated paper shredder for destroying ideas.
